This agreement looks like it is made via a spreadsheet without any regard to practicality or consumer friendliness. The fact that they combine both their offices and Bpost services as contact points just to make it look like they have increased their range of operation says a lot.
Really if I want a product (even a “simple” product like a legal insurance), I want some advice/information because I know the products have a lot of “if and buts”. And i doubt I will find that service in a post office. [This has a bit more info about the services a postal office will have to offer like](https://www.standaard.be/cnt/dmf20220310_97013842):
>De bankdiensten zullen worden verzorgd door postpersoneel dat ook instaat voor de verkoop van postzegels, aangetekende zendingen en allerlei postdiensten.
Do you really think that a clerk that also has to do stuff like selling stamps has time to give an explanation to do this? It looks like it is going to be a a simple fill in the form without much explanation type of office. Not too mention that if you want anything more complex (like a mortgage) you can forget it.So yeah, it’s a bad deal for a (potential) customer.
