I saw this monument in the latgale area of Riga and can't find anything about it on Wikipedia other than it was erected is 2005 I think. Any sources on it?
It’s not a monument per se, more like sculpture. It’s called “Hourglass”. Upper part represents the future, lower rock – past. That area where this object is located was a part of Geto (1941-1943)
