I am applying for permanent residence and the government website states that if language and integration certificates aren't available, the knowledge will be tested during the interview. However, while applying online they require to select one of the following things and it js not clear which one I should choose. Has anyone had the same case recently? I have prepared all the questions for naturalization test, I am well integrated as I have volunteered in some organizations, but I have never taken the test or the course as they are difficult to schedule. Thanks!

The popup on top right corner says all about that you are not going to pass language examination in the interview.

It is not for you to decide, they will ask for solid proof of Einbürgerungstest, and go get some language certificate it is not that difficult to schedule. Nothing in German bureaucracy progress with what you feel but solid proof and papers.
/sercankd is right and to add to what they said.
You having an automatic German to English translation app shows you are not comfortable enough with the language.
Also the tests are far from difficult to schedule but I’m sure you know this already.
Are you on a Blue Card? If not then you’ll need B1, and you should schedule a test.
