1. Or a herion addict that had a brainworm eat part of his brain and is now unfit for society and his obsession with dead animals may indicate he has serial killer tendancies. And in fact he aided in killing children and babies in Samoa in a large number with his vaccine misinformation; now he wants to kill more here.
