  1. I don’t understand why people fine omelettes so hard. Bit of butter in the pan first to prevent sticking, add your eggs and **leave it alone**.

  2. Scramble mix before you toss it in the pan, and don’t start fuckin with it until the bottom is properly cooked. Should be visible but test the edges w a spatula v gently to be sure.

  3. This is not such a bad failure, scrambled eggs are still good
