I’m a foreign driver (British) who has had a licence for less than 2 years. Do I need the maple leaf sticker? Or is it only for Lithuanian citizens? I will be driving a Lithuanian car.

Yes, you need
Does it have to be a maple leave?
It basicly means stay as far as you can from it cuz it will explode
if you are a new driver, and your experience is less than 2 years, then you have to use this sticker. if you are a more mature driver and have been driving for longer, then it is not needed. the purpose of it is to warn other drivers, that you are still new and might do stupid shit. if you are a foreigner, but have been driving for longer than you years, then you don’t need it.
10 years ago when i started driving I just waited till i get my first fine until I put that leaf one, however the fine was really small, i think 10 euros or something and I also was never pulled over. Not sure about the fines today. Also with the leaf there are different speed limits on certain roads
sorry i dont know
Also there are few restrictions for speed when you have this sticker.
