    It’s all pointless anyway. Do we really think Trump will share credit with Biden for this? And even if such a ceasefire is durable on a good day… any last minute peace is built on sand when bad faith actors exist. Either Netanyahu, Hamas, Iran, the PLO, or Trump will burn it all down the minute they choose to for political gain.

17. I’m trying to remember how many times he’s said we are close on a ceasefire in Gaza. Was it more or less than the amount of times he said he wasn’t dropping out of the race? Or was it closer to the number of times he said he wasn’t going to pardon Hunter.

They will again start rearming themselves, recruiting more terrorist, digging tunnels, smuggling weapons, Israel will get complacent and voila! Regardless, Hostages deserve to be released from the hell-hole but still I don’t know why pressure on Israel instead of Hamas which that should be on.

28. I’m not sure i understand how a deal is even possible. Any deal with Hamas means Hamas gets to continue threatening Israel. It really sucks for Gazans being caught in all this, but it is what it is.
