Probably one of the few legitimate smoking accidents. I’m surprised there haven’t been more burned down seeing how tightly packed they usually are and how most soldiers have no discipline to follow the rules about smoking inside.
I can’t imagine it being set alight on purpose since they all probably need the medical attention if it’s bad enough to admit them.

At 1 time I would have said hospitals.No don’t touch them. Now I’m thinking burn everything in Russia that is remotely connected to war . I’m waiting for all the heating and electricity generation to go down

That’s a total loss. No sign of an initial explosion 💥. Probably an “accident”. The oxygen supply can be particularly twitchy and MUST be protected from any ignition point -smoking (really), poor electrical work, etc.
