I change my start word every day and thought it would never happen for me. It finally did, on the word ‘RIGHT’, and I found that especially satisfying.

It’s a strange choice of first word. I think most people go vowel heavy on the guess number one.
Happened to me the other day. I’ve had to change my starting word as I know it’s never going to happen again.
I got it in 2 today. My start word is always STARE and I missed playing the day it was used (a couple of weeks ago)
I never change my first word, which inevitably will lead to letter number torment.
The other gripe with Wordle is tell me if the letter is in the word twice or once. Simply added a x2 in the corner would make it fair.
Do you know, I’ve been doing it for many years and a few months ago my word came up (craft) and a few days later again (pious). I was ecstatic!

I used a plural word as my second and got 3 of the letters in the right place, so I managed to finish in 3 (that’s what she said! Wehey! )

Me and the parent play “competition wordle” each day, the prise is who buys breakfast.
Yesterday’s solution as the start word.
Today I managed in 5, yesterday I managed it in 2.
In my pre-competition wordle days I only got it first time once, and felt let down, getting it on 3 or 4 with progression each row is my real goal.
Well, doing it like that and 1 faster than the parent. The parent is a wordle master who beat me 31 – 13 last season and is 12 – 4 ahead this season, I blame her hard upbringing playing scrabble on the mean streets of St Andrews!
