1. I believe it. Lots of evidence.

2. The law only applies to the poor or people they want to get out of their way. The law doesn’t apply to rich or powerful. Trump literally committed treason, an offense that had the death penalty, and got elected president. So the law means nothing but exists as a tool to keep you and me in line.
