“I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you to The Royal Marsden for looking after me so well during the past year.
My heartfelt thanks goes to all those who have quietly walked alongside William and me as we have navigated everything.
We couldn’t have asked for more. The care and advice we have received throughout my time as a patient has been exceptional.
In my new role as Joint Patron of The Royal Marsden, my hope is, that by supporting groundbreaking research and clinical excellence, as well as promoting patient and family wellbeing, we might save many more lives, and transform the experience of all those impacted by cancer.
It is a relief to now be in remission and I remain focussed on recovery. As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. I am however looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead. There is much to look forward to. Thank you to everyone for your continued support.”

This may sound silly but I love that she went to an NHS hospital for her care and treatment 🤍
Yay! So happy for her and her family! There’s a while to go to be fully clear, but fingers crossed that she continues to heal and be healthy.
This is great news. Delighted for her and the kids!
Well in Ma’am!

Well lets just throw a great big royal party and invite oodles of very rich people, lots of royal family members (only the right ones of course) and celebrate her great news.
Lets dip into the royal purse and really show the world and Great Britain how royals party.
I mean don’t the common people need this grand party to help them pick up their spirits up. Everyone knows it really helps the common people watch incredibly rich people have fun on the peoples dime.
Three cheers for the royals!!!
Congratulations to ar princess of Wales and England Scotland Ireland

This is such good news for her and her family.
I was watching the videos of her talking to the patients at the hospital. I love how she gave each patient so much time and undivided attention. May those patients and everyone else suffering also heal and get similar good news soon.
I thought she announced being “cancer-free” in September with the family video.
Thank the lord
So I’m I and so are lots of people why the big hurra for her
Excellent
Best princess since Diana, glad she gd💯👌 my mom use to teach me about her.
I really believed Diana was my real life Auntie as a baby for some reason 😂😂😂
I’m very happy for her.
I remember watching her video about completing chemotherapy and breaking down crying, with my child having just been diagnosed with cancer. I’m so happy for her and her family that she is finally in remission, and truly hope for the best outcome for every cancer victim♥️
