1. Yes, the logistics and stakeholders involved it getting a change implemented differ depending on what the change is. Not sure what point that twitter account is trying to make.

   They’re tearin the arse out of this €200 energy rebate, milking it for political gain for months now.

4. On the gov.ie site it says the transport fares will be cut by 20% *on average*
   What does that mean? Will some fares be cut by less than 20% and others by more?

5. It’s actually four months for the 20% reduction. It was announced in January but won’t happen til early May.
