Saw this place during a brief visit to Berlin. I don’t remember the adress, but it’s near the Brandenburger Tor. I thought the Bundestag met in the Reichstag building. So what is this building for? Does the Bundestag use several buildings?

Yes the Bundestag has many buildings in central Berlin. The Reichstag is just where they have the plenary sessions and the meetings of the party groups.
But the committees meet elsewhere and all the MPs (more than 700) have their own officies, then there is the general administration and so on.
In fact they constantly have a lack of office space and keep expanding.
What you have seen is the Matthias-Erzberger-Haus, it houses officies of MPs, also the office of Angela Merkel (and probably Gerhard Schröder) can be found there. Translate the German Wikipedia article if you want: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matthias-Erzberger-Haus
This building hosts offices for the Bundestag.
The bust shows a man who was killed by the nazi regime. (More exactly: by one of their many predecessors)
Guessing by the bust we’re looking at the Matthias Erzberger building, and yes the Bundestag has several office buildings but the actual Bundestag meets in the Reichstag building
