Russia firing missiles so close to Nato territory seems a bit risky when they’re probably not that accurate and could wander off course..
This is the primary base used for training and weapons transfer to Ukranian forces. Am surprised they haven’t anticipated that it’s a prime target. Interestingly, Russia decided to use fighter jets instead of long range Kalibr cruise missiles, am assuming that’s to make sure no missile strays into Polish territory given it’s so close.
Firing close to NATO borders just shows that Russia is not afraid of NATO response. They know that NATO won’t react if some missile would accident hit Poland village. You can not expect West or US to risk their cities and lives for some village in Poland…
Not gonna look better for Ukraine if the Russians manage to cut them off from weapon imports.
