[OC] 30.2 pounds of weight loss over 5 months. Weighed myself every morning. Always ate at a calorie deficit or breakeven. The sharp upward spikes are nearly all related to water retention after drinking alcohol.

  2. This data is from 2020 so a good extension of this chart would your weight today… is it lower than the last endpoint on this chart or higher than the first or somewhere in the middle ?

  4. Great job! I have to know, how did you feel after dropping the weight? Did it seem like you had more energy throughout the day? Better BMs? Less tolerance to alcohol consumption?

  5. I did this before and I liked the alcohol spikes because then I would feel like I lost 3-4 lbs in a couple days!

    Once it gets trending down and you can keep it trending down it’s very motivating. Good work!
