  1. I can’t wait until the price of everting goes up in the USA and everybody realizes trump has zero clue what he’s doing.

    It’ll be painful for Canadians, but it’ll be nice to watch our neighbours who are trying to screw us burn too

  6. Trump is ready to severe all ties with historical US allies in the name of his fight with China. A fight the USA will never win without its allies. Trump is probably the best Chinese asset in the US administration right now.

  8. The US and Canada trade roughly half a trillion dollars each in services and goods with each other. A trade war would affect each country negatively. This is just political posturing on both sides.

  9. I find it funny that Alberta thinks that Canada can’t or won’t force them to do what they are told. They seem to forget that they are still part of Canada and must follow orders as well.   17. I understand that tariffs are going to raise prices on many American goods, but why are people/allies generally madder at trump than they are with China’s trade inequality?

  24. As a Canadian, I don’t consider the Americans our allies anymore. The fact that they voted in a guy like Trump for the 2nd time means there is always a possibility they can vote in someone like him or worse in the future. The US are, at best, our trade partner, and at worst, a threat to our national security and sovereignty.

    I’m aware that I’m going to get fucked by this too and so many others that are innocent as well, but we desperately need some violent wake up call in America and the sooner the better.

  29. While we are in the midst of this supposed “US Take Over of Canada” just wondering if it may be time for Revenue Canada to conduct some perfectly legal “Random Income Tax Audits”. Notice the word Random….because it could happen to anyone. But perhaps we could start with the following few. PP, goes without saying, Tamara Lynch, Pat King, Anyone who parked their “Big Rig” in Ottawa last Feb 22 and finally Kevin O’Leary and Danielle Smith.
