  2. They reserve these for fast storming elite units. Regular ruskies don’t have such advanced vehicles.

  20. Considering that their MT-LBs are little more than tractors with light armor then it’s not that much of a downgrade. However, it’s easy to see that Russia saw “a bit” of equipment degradation compared to pre-war forces.
