  11. Ah yes, Zelensky. That vastly powerful magnate, lord of huge piles of wealth and shadowy forces who are personally obedient only to him. Zelensky who has but to say a word and his nation trembles to obey his every dictate.

    See how well that works in the Verkhovna Rada?

    Look at the immense favor dispensed or withheld by Zelensky. Those who kneel abjectly at his feet and meekly kiss his imperial ring are rewarded with the opportunity to … hmm, let’s see. To send aid to Ukraine at their own expense? They are given access to the opportunity to help Ukraine rebuild, again at their own expense?

    Or else Zelensky will send his vast armies to … what’s that? No vast armies? All tied up defending the nation from an existential threat?

    What about Zelensky’s feared shadowy forces? No? They’re all busy doing Budanov’s bidding? With occasional reminders from Zelensky not to violate the laws of war as they systematically demolish Russia from within?

    And the vast wealth? The … earnings of a successful career in comedic entertainment? That’s it?

    Why… next you’ll be telling me that Robert Fico is completely full of shit!
