It’s almost certainly to do with the US warning China not to breach the sanctions and aid Russia. The meeting will probably set guidelines on what the US will and won’t retaliate on.
This could very easily escalate to a full fledged trade war with China and that’s honestly going to just send the world economy into a black hole and cause a major global economic depression
