they look…. 3D printed; which would make them lighter on the outside than if steel was used- so also makes sense.
Bitsy Big-Boy Boomeroo
looks like the casings are made from plastic to reduce the weight while having a larger warhead.
Still as far as I know, Baba yaga could only carry max 45lbs.
These look like 100lbs so they must have upgraded something in the baba yaga
Looks like the bomb dropped on Saddam from Hot Shots: Part Deux.
Well, if this size is real, it puts a lot of things into perspective..
Oh man. Like…Fuel Air Bomb FAB? If so, this is most toasty….like, take your breath away, probably your life, kinda’ death from above. May invading Russian Federation troops hear the buzz of drones for the remainder of their miserable lives.
it would be really nice If they made them from bio-degradable plastic!
Ba Ba Blooooowie!
are those 3d printed?
certainly would cut down on the weight
At first I thought this was Russian transport class 101
These look similar to FAB-50, Soviet aerial bombs used in World War 2, which weighed 50-60 kg depending on the variant. By replacing the steel casing with 3D printing they can be lighter and cause less shrapnel damage.
buttplugg of consequence
That’s a lot of badabooms and jaga jagas.
I would be very nervous driving around with these in the car
Is it just me or they look plastic?
The green ones should ripen if left next to the orange one.
Gotta love the little tryzubs on the tail. Slava Ukraine.
Costco run!
Plastic bomb casings, probably filled with Legos as shrapnel…
I would assume you can mass produce these faster when NOT 100% printed.
e.g. the fins could be plastic sheets cut and bonded in place. This should save a lot of printer time.
BUT:
I am sure the manufacturers use what works best for them!!
FAB means Fatt Ass Bomb???
Never thought Ukrainian soil was so good they could grow explosive pumpkins! Green Goblin l, eat your hart out!
This war has really made me realize the scale of drones being used. In my mind they are like mine, a suitcase with propellers. Nope. Huge car sized things are common.

Dang, Those will take care of bunkers and tanks no problem.
spicy enema
No wonder the soldiers are paranoid about Baba-Yaga drones
Wow.
Their smaller size doesn’t make them any less FABulous.
