Cocaine use in France has nearly doubled and consumption of hard drugs like heroin and ecstasy is also rising, a study said Wednesday, the increase taking place as drug-related violence spreads across the country. Some 1.1 million people used cocaine at least once in 2023, according to a report published by the French Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (OFDT). The previous report, released in 2022, put the number of users at 600,000.

Lightweights.
France does not strike me as a country where drugs are freely used. I have never tried recreational drugs, (and never will). They destroy lives and strip the individual of his identity and worth.
Send a bit to Zelensky heβs going love itπππππ
Just be careful they don't start targeting your country with fentanyl.
This is why South America is such a mess right now, surpassing Africa as a dangerous region. European consumption is why Ecuador, one of the most peaceful countries in the region, became one of the most dangerous countries in the world. Cartels are now focusing on other peaceful countries like Uruguay, Panama, and Costa Rica as new trafficking routes. As policing tightens in one country, they move to another with less policing. The US and Europe are directly responsible for the violence in Latin America. Coca leaf production isn't up just because. This is a demand-side problem. No demand, then no need for the supply.
