    It’s past due time that Americans stop pretending that Trump just magically appeared one day, and start accounting for their actions, or lack of.

  35. Hoping for the best when a Republican is in charge, especially someone like Trump, is whistling past the graveyard.

    He has spent his whole campaign outlining the terrible and stupid things he and his puppeteers will do. Project 2025 is the roadmap to hell, and since they control all three branches, they will start paving it on day one. The only saving grace of this disaster is the fact that they don’t have a filibuster-proof majority, but I’m sure they will get rid of the filibuster so they can’t put measures in place before the midterms to ensure they won’t have to worry about elections again.

    And yes, the world is unprepared for the worst. The US is now led by a corrupt criminal narcissistic psychopath who has zero accountability. This is not going to end well for anyone.
