A friend of mine broke his arm and the doctor wrote the following notes. Could you please help me understanding whats written?

  2. I think he want to repair the fracture by inserting internal fixation. In this case the plate and screws for the radius bone and wires for the ulnar bone.

    The other writings basically said what might happen and the risk of treatment. The first one is blutung which means bleeding.
    And i also see some chance of reoperation, refracture and sepsis. But the writings is kinda hard to read. But basically he/she mentioned the risk of operations.

    This paper basically the information paper used to educate the patient about the risk and what will happen during surgery published by Thieme.

  3. You can read the whole thing. That’s why you have this consent form. His writing is terrible and pretty much sums up the whole document.
