I get that they’re not issued proper water filters, but we know they have access to everything they need to make simple, yet fairly effective improvised filters. These improvised water filters should be spreading like wildfire among the russian ranks because they’re so easy to make, but they’re not. Why is that? Is it that they’re simply too stupid to look for ways to improve their situation?
