  4. Lyiv should become an military power house for its geographic location. NATO training ground in the west Secure the moldova, Polish, Slovakia, Hungary border with bases and training grounds. Secure the Belarusian border with Polish, British, and other military. Let the Ukrainians focus on Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, etc.
    when things calm down make Kharkiv an impenetrable fortress
    Take back crimes and have the east invest heavily in its ports, build Ukraine a reputable, distinguishable Navy. And while your at it flick the Russians out of Transnistria.
