  1. And we are supposed to have 100 thousand new jobs by year what? 😀

  2. This is quite interesting and scary to be honest. Number of companies that went bankrupt in 2023 in Finland was already at a record level but the figure, last quarter century’s highest, in 2024 reached a level that is 10% more than the 2008 financial crisis time (2009 bankruptcies) which caused Finnish economy to suffer for a very long time.

Personal opinion: I really believe it is time to talk about promoting entrepreneurship and less taxes in Finland, which unfortunately comes at a cost of lower social benefits and such. Otherwise, I think Finnish economy is not headed in the right direction.

**Before I get downvoted like crazy (from past experience…), I really wonder what is your solution? Okay everyone wants economic growth and jobs and no inflation but how do you create those solutions? Without making some tradeoffs, things will not solve themselves. Considering many realities of Finland, how do you imagine we could bolster economic growth while keeping everything same?**
