14. Moscow’s list of “friendly” countries is probably VERY short. I feel fairly sure that their longest list is made up of those countries that really don’t give a shite about them, one way or another. In other words, if Russia was a house that caught fire, there is an extremely short list of countries that would help to put it out, a very long list of countries that would stand by and watch it burn, and the “unfriendly” list of countries that would throw fuel on the fire.
