I want to try the Basque and the Sernik cheesecake’s so bad
Fiadone is not make with cream cheese but brocciu, a sheep milk looking more like the mozzarella than cream cheese.
No Ostkaka?
I live close to the French border and spent most of my spring holidays in france. Why have I never tried Fiadone? It looks delicous. I love cheesecake in every variation.
Basque Cheesecake is really easy to make.
Japanese cheesecake recipe could be actual rocket science.
I like how Japan makes it rocket science and everyone else has some interesting texture/consistency while the French were like “I bake till its done, simple!”
French cheesecake looks like its going through some stuff
USA , Spain and Germany cheesecakes look really yummy.
i love our German and the New York Style Cheesecake.
But in germany we have another version. the slimy with raisins and tangerines. that version is disgusting
I love Käsekuchen so much ❤️
Any German here missing the Ä? Come on OP, its not so hard, Umlaute are important and need love!
Sernik is love, Sernik is life
Sernik is underrated
German cheesecake is without a doubt the best one of them all, delicious and flavourful. I went to New York once and went by Carnegie Deli which everyone apparently thought was THE best cheesecake in the World and I just found it bland and boring, no flavour cheesy whatsoever, just tasted like a giant piece of solid cream

To my fellow Polish people : none of them contains raisins and this is how it should be!

We eat if for Easter (Pasca, with or without raisins).
Orange flavoured Sernik is my drug. I need one… now.
Now I miss my mum’s fantastic Käsekuchen.
I prefer cheesecake with a crunchy base. Who’s with me??

Polish sernik pictured here is the baked in oven version, so called “sernik na ciepło” or “hot sernik” Here’s the no-baked version called “sernik na zimno” or “cold sernik”
