  1. The queen says ‘none of us will live forever **except me**‘

I’m pretty confident the old lady will outlive earth

  2. I mean I’m really hoping I get to be imortal or live 100’s of years. But we should definitely still sort out the climate

  3. A large number of European leaders happen to be childless. I wonder if that by itself have any influence on decisions made. At least they don’t have any personal skin in the game, makes the future a rather more theoretical thought experiment.

  4. The richest woman in Britain, who travels around in a chopper as does her family and that country even has special laws to clear the airspace when her’maj is passing.

    Royal hipocrite.

  5. Let me say upfront I think climate change is real and that nuclear would be the best way to solve it.

That said, I think it sends a mixed message for tens of thousands of government officials to fly to the same meeting from around the world so they can lecture the people of the world on the need to reduce carbon emissions. Don’t be surprised if people notice the hypocrisy and are a bit skeptical.

  6. The problem IS NOT that old farts think they will live forever; it’s that old farts KNOW they will die, so fuck the Earth, let’s party!

  7. That gotta b th most idiotic gotcha. OP asking th real questions.. /s. well if th queen said it i guess we r off th hook, better crank up those emitions ..

  8. Ironically, if they DID think they would live forever, they would actually do more to fix it…
