1. These are the people that want access to the DVLA mugshot database.

2. £5k for being wrongly accused of being a nonce, bottled and made homeless because the police can’t compare photos.

   I’d be wanting WAY more than that. How many people won’t see his name cleared and will still think he’s a nonce.

3. Cases like this should force the offending force to pay for publicity to show the victim of their mistake is completely innocent of any wrongdoing, it MIGHT help to stop misinformed idiots from attacking innocent people.

15. So it was a case of mistaken identity. I had thought he was scratching his balls or something and someone thought he was having a wank. Which is why I have this somewhat irrational fear of scratching my balls in public.
