   1) Try to make your surface area as big as possible, so lay flat, and roll away.

   2) If you are stuck, or find someone who is; call 112

   3) We have “wet” quicksand which has a higher density than “dry” quicksand. Remain calm and you won’t sync deeper than your own center of gravity.
