2. At this point I highly doubt any ceasefire negotiations will even begin.

4. There can’t be a proper ceasefire. Putin wouldn’t survive it.

   Russia will probably collapse.. it’s becoming more likely every day. The fact they are relying on North Korea is a massive red flag.

26. I’d think a fear of uncontrollable escalation should have kept them in Russia, but here we are.

27. Austria is a neutral country that is not in NATO and could make up the core of an independent peacekeeping force. Hungary also would work because while it is in NATO it is strongly Pro-Russia, together they could make a peacekeeping force in Ukraine.
