Is anyone else ashamed but hoping that if the housing market implodes they might manage to get on the ladder?
Brilliant. A recession caused by ludicrously high energy prices, following 12 years of austerity, meaning hardly anyone has savings to keep themselves afloat.
Here’s some perspective on how high energy prices are rising; 2 years ago I had a huge rise in my electric bill and my direct debit rose from £65 a month to £165 a month to pay it off.
That rise was because I put an electric heater in my conservatory because my Guinea pigs were in there over winter, and I didn’t pay attention to my electric meter (stupid I know).
My direct debit this year is rising to £180 a month and is purely based on normal usage.
This is insane.
It’s abysmal what is happening in this country. There will be an exponential increase in homelessness in the years to come.
Fucin world recession told people long ago I was band on other sites and called a lunatic , it’s the biggest con the world has ever been banks HF ,and central bank have been printing money to fill there pocket’s ,Go back two years now Go forward Bond’s are worthless China is fucked COVID now Ukraine work it out !!!! In my spare time I dabble in stock market I suggest you watch the big short .
