This is not normal IME. Maybe this is a very cheap flat?
I saw this once in 2011 or so. Complete chancer of an agent.
“You said the apartment will be renovated before moving in. When will that happen?”
“It already IS renovated”
“Seriously?”
“Yes”
“But it doesn’t even have a floor installed”
“The landlord will give you a 1 month reduction in rent if you install a floor”
“But even the cheapest nastiest floor will cost far more than that”
“Do you want it or not?”
“Not! Bye!”
that looks so fucking degrading. I don’t think I would have the will-power to take part in that dystopic shit-show for hours, especially considering literally only one single one of them is going to get the apartment, the rest wasted their time.
