Tonight Luxembourg selects their entry for the 69th Eurovision Song Contest while selections are underway in four other countries.

Today is the last day of in-person casting in San Marino for its selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. Singers from San Marino, Austria, France, Slovenia and Switzerland must perform in person, while artists outside these countries take part in online casting.

Seventeen days of casting will take place between the end of September and the end of January, from which a jury will select singers to progress through to the televised Semi-Finals. Each artist will have ten minutes on stage to perform for the jury.

The Lithuanian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 continues this evening in Vilnius. Nine artists are competing for two places in the final on February 15. Hosting Eurovizija.lt are Gabrielė Martirosian, Nombeko Augustė and Rimvydas Černiauskas.

The acts competing in tonight’s Semi-Final are:

A five member jury will decide 50% of the results in this heat. The other 50% will come from public voting. The members of the jury are:

The final will of Eurovizija.lt will be held on February 15 at the Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas.

🇱🇺 Luxembourg – Luxembourg Song Contest 2025 – Final – 20:00 CET

Tonight the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg will select their representative for the 69th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Seven acts are competing this evening in Luxembourg to represent their country this May in Basel, Switzerland. The show will come live from the Rockhal, located in Esche-sur-Alzette for a second year. Raoul Roos and Loïc Juchem will present the show, which is scheduled to run for 3 hours.

The seven finalists in the Luxembourg Song Contest 2025 are:

One Last Time – “Gambler’s Song”
Luzac – “Je danse”
MÄNA – “Human Eyes”
Rafa Ela – “No Thank You”
Rhythmic Soundwave – “Stronger”
ZERO POINT FIVE – “Ride”

There will be a number of guests featured in the show including Conchita winner of Eurovision 2014 and Tali who represent Luxembourg at Eurovision 2024.

Format & Voting

Unlike the first edition of the competition in 2024 there will no longer be a Superfinal. The acts will all perform once and will be voted on by both the public and international juries.

The winner of the Luxembourg Song Contest will be determined by 50% public voting and 50% jury voting. Public voting will take place through www.esc.vote, where the public can vote up to 20 times per transaction and complete up to 5 transactions per card voting costs 99 cents per vote.

Eight international juries will have the remaining 50% say in the result. They will award 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 0 points, with a combined 336 points available. The public vote will be allocated as % of the vote received, if an act receives 25% of the votes cast they will be awarded 25% of 336 points, which is 84 points. The winner will be the act that receives the highest number of points.

Tonight the preview show for the Slovenian selection for Eurovision 2025 will be broadcast

Ema pred Emo will be hosted by Bernarda Žarn and Jože Robežnik, the EMA 2025 finalists will talk about their preparations for EMA. Short snippets of all 12 songs will also be revealed.

A number of guests will also feature in the show to share their thoughts or perform for the audience. The guests are; Miša Molk, Denis Živčec, Maja Keuc (2011), Lea Sirk (2018), Nuša Derenda (2001), Cole Moretti, Omar Naber (2005 & 2017) and Eva Boto (2012).

🇧🇪 Belgium – Eurosong 2025 – Show Two – 20:50 CET

The second show in the Belgian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will air tonight.

Four of the eight artists competing in Eurosong 2025 will reveal the songs they hope to represent Belgium with in Basel. The show will see the acts perform their songs for the first time ahead of the final of Eurosong 2025 on February 1.

The four artists and their competing song titles are:

Jelle Van Dael – “Monster”
Mentissa – “Désolée”
Red Sebastian – “Strobe lights”
Stefanie Callebaut – “Gloria”

All eight competing songs will be released on streaming platforms after tonights show.

The final of Eurosong 2025 will take place on February 1. A combination of a professional jury and public voting will decide the Belgian entry for Eurovision 2025. Peter Van de Veire will host the show.
