    The time we have to make any sort of military action everybody would go on his own with his own agenda.

    If USA really wants Greenland ,they will have it.

  7. His tune is to defend Greenland with both US and Europe forces against Russia mainly in the Arctic region, not against the US. Both Russia and China has ramped up its military presence in the Arctic, while Denmark said it has neglected Greenland defence for years.

  8. The second Greenland secedes, Russia will have troops on shore causing a territorial dispute & blocking Greenland from joining any NATO country or NATO itself.

    And if the US manages to rip Greenland from Denmark without resistance, all bets are off for Taiwan.

  20. Anti Trumper here. But yea, it does and in fact there are already a number of us bases on Greenland as out of a couple months in the year the water around Greenland is the shortest route from russian to US.

    First, all of EU combined is not able to support Ukraine or even their own defense adequately.

    The talk about putting troops in Greenland is the equivalent of the EU putting troops on the moon. Both are completely out of reach for a union of completely disgraceful, anemic, poor countries.

  28. Can anyone answer why Ronald MacTrump wants Greenland so bad? Is it to control the Russian submarine route into the Atlantic between Greenland to Scotland? Is it resources and drilling? Or is it just some egotistical fancy?
