Format of Luxembourg Song Contest 2025

The winner of tonight’s final will be determined by a 50% public and 50% international jury vote.

The public can cast their votes at www.esc.vote as soon as the first performance on stage has started. Voting will end approximately 20 minutes after the last performer has sung their song. One can vote from Luxembourg but also from abroad, and to vote you have to be at least 14 years old.

A vote costs €0.99. Therefore, the voter must be in possession of a valid credit card. Per registered credit card, one may vote 5 times, with a maximum of 20 votes per entry.

The jury, consisting of 8 international experts, awards points to each entry after the Eurovision scale: 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 0 points with a total of 336 points to be shared among the entries. Public vote will be a percentage of the same 336 points, meaning that if an entry for instance receives 25% it will be converted to 84 points.

Tonight’s hosts are Raoul Roos and Loïc Juchem with last year’s winner Tali returning to perform during the show. The interval show will have Conchita Wurst showcasing their new song plus another Eurovision winner Marie Myriam performing.
