2. I think being stabbed to death is probably an apt use of the word ‘murder’. Weird title

3. I can’t see for the life of me why murder is in inverted commas… what the hell is going on with The Mirror subeditors these days? Or headline writers in general?

   Assault on a woman on 22 October, 2024
   Assault on a PC on 26 November, 2024
   Assault on a PC on 26 November, 2024
   Serious assault of a woman on 19 January, 2025
   Serious assault of a woman on 20 January, 2025
   Assault of a woman on 21 January, 2025

   By December there should have been a serious intervention preventing him from murdering this child.

6. Birmingham is finished, can’t say anything though as you’ll be called racist by the neckbeards that live comfortably in their posh leafy villages that are far away from the trouble.

7. Until the legal system starts taking juvenile offences seriously and not just a slap on the wrist asb nothing will change. Need to bring back more borstals but run them on a military basis

8. I’m puzzled here. Even in dysfunctional law enforcement systems, usually attacking a police officer with a knife is taken seriously.
