money hear or money there. every president just wants to divert money to their counterparts. this has little to do with the environment or sustainability or what is best for you and me.
as much as we need to find alternatives to oil windmills cause a ton of pollution. the shear amount of concrete that needs to be poured for one of those is outrageous. not sure why someone opposed to windmills would talk about dead birds when the there is 600-1000 tons of concrete poured for each windmill. the amount of damage that does to the ecosystem is outrageous.
this leads me to believe that the only reason that they want to bash windmills is to scare people as opposed to actually proving environmental harm. and on the other side the only reason that they want to build them is to make money in other ways than oil. surely not for the environment.
and then there is the oil industry that gave over $500mil to the republican campaign in 2024. they wanted trump as republicans will ease restrictions on drilling and oil production. sadly lobbying just means donating money these days. money talks and the majority of republicans only care about their wallet now vs. what is good for the planet long term. they hate windmills yet love oil wells. strange stuff huh. it’;s a bunch of bs. wales aren’t getting killed from offshore windmills. no real evidence of that, it’s all made up bs propaganda from the oil companies. but if fox news has it on they believe it. they know 99% aren’t going to even take 2 minutes to google search to see if it’s accurate.
let’s all agree, no matter who you voted for, that all this bs is merely to attract money one to one industry or another. nothing about this is about you or me, the environment or sustainability. if it was we would have smart people in our gov’t
Trump’s insane hatred of wind power is over the top! He’s been butthurt about offshore wind farms near a golf course in Scotland. He said to ruined the view and he’s been at war with them ever since. He’s the living embodiment of Don Quixote! Insanely violently battling windmills! He’s going to go to his grave tilting at windmills! And anyone who listens to him is a fool who follows a fool!

Its only issue is storage. It might be windy when you do not need the power and not windy when u do.
I want every the Dems to go after his insane hatred for windmills! He’s completely nutz about them! He can’t control himself on this topic. Write your representatives on injecting the topic of windmills into every issue. Deportation? windmills! Leaving NATO? Windmills! Inflation? WINDMILLS! He’s so easily manipulated and this particular topic seems to set him off! So plead with your congressional representatives to inject the topic into everything. This is the perfect vehicle to gas light an old unstable moron! Email your congressional representative like I already have and ask them to inject the topic of windmills into every conversation. Trump will have a meltdown over this particular issue and expose himself for the unstable moron he really is!
Let me put it this way: The train for renewables has already left the station, and he can’t do anything to stop it. He can, however, try and slow it, which is where electing officials who will halt him comes in. There’s elections coming up next week, and you can participate in them, and if any of the candidates who would promote renewables win, that would be a big helping to the communities they represent.
