Where 1.9C is the outcome if we have a global revolution and imposition of degrowth policies across the whole global north, and thereby get to net zero in 10 years….
And 3.7C is where we end up if we stay on the worst possible timeline as now.
Going to be 1.9 by 2030…
At current doubling rate it is 2.8 in 20 years 🌡🌍
We need to abolish “growth” as the central tenet of modern human societies. The madness of it.
Meaning it will be more than 3.7 in 2100.

Realistically, I think it’s hard to imagine this mass extinction that we’ve got going on not including the disappearance of humans.
