There was an investigation, he was found guilty and no longer welcome in parliament.

How Brixters ignored *proved* bullying ~~allegations~~ to keep pro-Brexit home secretary Priti Patel in her job
The most corrupt, most inept, most deceitful government in decades, and the Mail can’t resist an opportunity to attack Bercow for bullying. The Tories have their own bully in Priti Patel, as she remains as Home Secretary trying to argue why we can’t allow Ukrainians in while at the same time claiming we’re the most “generous” people in the world.

Whether he was a bully or a saint, Bercow did his damndest to ensure parliamentary process was followed and various alternatives were discussed after it became clear May’s deal would not fly.
I really DGAF what he did, he did right by the country during debacle that was the exit process.
Excellent example of it just yesterday on this very sub, and seems likely this thread will provide even more.
