  2. And a very high proportion had care that went beyond their expectations. Long live the NHS with the appropriate support.

  3. The report seems very opaque – it doesn’t define what terminology was used to determine “poor care”. Without knowing the phrasing of the question this becomes very dubious.

    For instance “poor care” could be defined by people agreeing with the term “below expectation” or “something you’d want to complain about”.

    As far as I can tell, heathwatch haven’t published the actual survey, which I think is very dubious.

  4. 1 in 4 people needing NHS care in the first place sounds very high?

  5. … And the other 3 quarters have yet to receive any treatment because they’ve been on a waiting list for the last 18 months lol 😉
