Got a transaction i didn’t know from giftcard-hub.com. I remember I loaded my lebara from this site one time. What do i do?

  1. If the bank’s website does not let you cancel the charge, talk to your bank immediately so that they block all transactions to this site.

  2. Giftcardhub is subscription-based. You probably subscribed to their premium service without realizing it.

  3. Hey there! When the “Authorised” sign disapears, you could dispute that charge from the ImaginBank app. I would recommend getting in touch with the website to cancel any further suscriptions. Also, did you know that you can recharge your SIM card directly from the imagin App? Just go to Operate > Recharge
