  1. Based on the changing C-SPAN streams today, Trump was supposed to give remarks at 3 p.m., then that was moved to 5 p.m., and now there’s allegedly going to be nothing from him today and Mike Johnson (et al) will be speaking at 3 p.m.

    Anybody know what happened with that?
