1. I wonder why they weren’t allowed on the surface. Oh wait, A few hostages actually escaped their captors, made it to the surface, and were murdered by idf.

   Oh and also idf was dropping many tons of explosives over the entire Gaza strip for like a year straight..

   A better more accurate title would be, “captors keep hostages safe in bunkers while Israel indiscriminately bombs and shoots anything that moves on the surface”

   Edit: I do in fact condemn hamas.

   Also fucking hilarious people are upset at my reply but not actually arguing the factuality of anything I said. Says a lot about where the real hate comes from.

2. No shit. Because if they were anywhere near the surface they’d have been blown to bits by the IDF in indiscriminate bombings. That or if they weren’t, they’d have been shot by IDF snipers.

3. They will be dead if they go to the surface like that 3 israeli hostage who waving white shirt and shouting “Help!” In hebrew.

   Its all good it was just misunderstanding from IDF side as for the hostage well friendly fire is friendly fire.

   But its kinda funny tho because Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi emphasized that it is against IDF protocol to shoot individuals who are surrendering, stating, “It is forbidden to shoot at someone who raises a white flag and seeks to surrender.” Yet they still shoot them.

5. Crazy because I was told they were held in regular houses and not even by Hamas but by the average Palestinian civilian. Really makes you wonder what other lies the pro-israeli folks spent months spreading without any evidence

6. Of course they were. Everything on the surface was getting bombed and shelled to shit. Not to mention the fact that several of the hostages were shot on sight by the IDF because they are incompetent scumbags shooting anything that moves. Like, how the fuck does this even qualify as news
