Dialect so strong that i barerly understand it 😄. Most likely someone from eastern slovakia.
The author is mentioning meeting their(?) kids, Emilko (a boy’s name) and a girl (can’t tell the name). That’s like the first two sentences. The rest is really hard to read and it’s still early in the morning.
I could not read it properly, but it might help someone else decode the rest:
What I could read:
ateras sem ja tu vostretku z mojima dvoma
dzefkami moje dzeci emka ati kej dicka
cavos neposnam pri pravej ruke kydazjej
hlopom a na samum verhi ih bojsi troma stoja
ato dzefčatko helenka neboškej mojej meni
maju trimeme uš jej 14 roki apoň ľavej ruke zuza
najmladsa moja dzefka ma 4 dzeci jedno
dzefčatko a tri bojsi dvomesu dvojneta uš im
3 a pol roki vidzice cojetaka hmurava
cosi ju nahnevati jak nas odberal
Translation (?):

man and at the very top their three boys stand
and the little girl Helenka of my passed away ??
they hold she is fourteen and to the left hand Zuza
my youngest girl has four children one
girl and three boys two are twins they are
three and half years old and you see the one that is frowning
