are USA tires legal in Germany?

As the title say, I found new tires on eBay here in Germany but are from USA and have USA Label.

I want to know if I will pass TÜV with this tires or are this tires legal? In internet I can’t find something clear if the tire should have an “E” marking or “ECE” or “EG” and not “E” alone

I uploaded a photo with the “E” marking and label, maybe helps.
