8. You buy the *viño quente* already made? The fun part of it is dumping random quantities of spices inside it and enjoy the process (and regret not measuring, remembering that one time that it was perfect).

   I put sugar, orange peel, ginger, fresh rosemary, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, black pepper and a couple of cloves.

   My grandma puts just cinnamon and honey.
