Spain kicked off this evening its national selection process with the 1st night of “Benidorm Fest 2025” The show was hosted by Paula Vazquez, Ruth Lorenzo, and Inés Hernand and the first group of 8 acts took the stage tonight in the running order below:

Kuve – “Loca Xti” (Eng: Crazy for you)
David Afonso – “Amor barato” (Eng: Cheap love)
Chica Sobresalto – “Mala feminista” (Eng: Bad feminist)
K!ngdom – “Me gustas tú” (Eng: I like you)
Lucas Bun – “Te escribo en el cielo” (Eng: I write to you in heaven)
Sonia & Selena – “Reinas” (Eng: Queens)
Lachispa – “Hartita de llorar” (Eng: Tired of crying)
Daniela Blasco – “Uh Na Na”

The Format

The festival hosts will be
“Benidorm Fest 2025” will feature 2 semi-finals and a final:
The semi-finals will be held on the 28th and 30th of January 2025
The final will take place on the 1st of February 2025
Each show will be determined by:
A 50% international and national jury votes.
50% public votes (Free voting via app)

After all the votes were cast the 4 acts that advanced to the grand final were:

This means that unfortunately, the road to Eurovision 2025 is over for these 4 acts:
Eurovision 2025 will be held in Basel, Switzerland on the 13th, 15th, and 17th of May 2025.
