  1. Yet another hero of London’s culinary landscape has fallen. RIP.

  2. I really wonder what Leicester Square will look like in a couple decades.

Apart from the Prince Charles Cinema (under threat of redevelopment), it’s not like it has any soul left to lose.

  3. Oh no how will I get my oven cooked and microwaved food now

  4. That TGIs was genuinely terrible. The one in the centre of Dublin was unbelievable the time I had it and couldn’t believe how bad this one was in comparison.

  5. First they came for Franky and Bennies.
Then they came for TGI Fridays.
Will they come next for Angus Steakhouse? No culinary delight is safe!

  6. It was absolutely shit though. I went there (2023) and it wasn’t even a shadow of its former self.

  7. Bring back Trocadero instead of these gentrified sweet/Harry potter/hotel bss

  8. Fingers crossed they’ll replace it with a second Angus Steak House to handle the overflow 🙏🤞

  9. Don’t worry the Aberdeen Angus Steak House is still there!

  10. It’s a shame as when I was a kid I loved going to TGIs, the food was really great (or at least it was to 10 year old me). Seems recently they’ve lowered quality and jacked up the prices
